I contacted Sean to help me get out a trading "rut" I had gotten into over the past few months. In just a couple of sessions, Sean really brought to light what was causing my self-sabotaging tendencies. He gave me the mental tools to use to help when I was feeling frustrated. I now trade with more self awareness and confidence. And even though I still sometimes make an old mistake, I am able to quickly recognize what is happening and correct it. I can't recommend enough a few sessions with Sean if you are struggling mentally with trading.
Man your tips and insights were on damn point, at one point I thought you've been studying me and you exactly know how I think when I'm trading. Happy to have u here and this is goin to he a huge help. Thanks a lot bro, appreciate it a lot.

After learning so much about the markets, technical analysis, indicators, you name it. I was still preventing myself from making the amount of money I knew I could make. After working with Sean, I realized more how my psychology and emotions affected my trading decisions.
Slowly after joining STP, my profits started to improve here and there. After a while, the goals we had chatted about were within reach. Thanks to STP, I have aligned my knowledge with the markets and a healthy understanding of my inner workings to improve my trading and profits. I still have relapses in bad habits, but thanks to Sound Trading Psych, I can gather myself and recover much quicker.

Sean gave us an incredible amount of value within the span of one hour. Ending it with an assignment, so that we now have a clear task at hand that helps us evolve our minds. Very excited to be on this journey, and thank you again very much!

Sean, it was a pleasure listening to you. Love all the valuable information and concepts you broke down . I definitely have some “work” to do and to be honest I’m looking forward to do so. Again an amazing session and can’t wait for the next and next and next one.

Sean gave amazing tips on how to conquer the psychological issues that we face in trading. This will really help us improve in our trading. We appreciate it a lot!
Great session with Sean tonight. First of many. Love the breakdown around the nervous system and how to use our emotions and thoughts in trading by being friends with them! Better still the real non sugar coating of everything made it all that much better! Can't wait for the next one!

Only one session in and we’ve already learned some GOLD. You can ask any trader how to deal with psychological aspects but if they’re not a psychologist, all they can give you is advice. Having an actual psychologist break down your mind with FACTS to help you understand what’s going on and how to address is a game changer. I’m sure the whole chat is going to be 10x better because of this alone!

I was sooooo tired of asking myself, “Why did I do that AGAIN?!”.
Been doing this long enough, I know what I need to know. My mistakes are not a function of lack of knowledge. They are a function of lack of execution.
Reviewing failed trades revealed a pattern that was clear, but a cause that was not. I know I’m smart enough, what’s in my way?
I knew it had to be psychological. I was unwilling and unable to wait for years of therapy to address this. Stumbling around for answers, I joined Sound Trading Psychology. After some time participating in the server, I decided to dive into EMDR with Sean to address my root triggers quickly.
What I didn’t expect was how much this didn’t just improve my trading, but my personal life. I first noticed the same old triggers in interpersonal relations changing. That’s when I realized trading is like a relationship. I had to change my RELATIONSHIP to trading.
I’m just beginning to see the benefit of this work in my trading. The first signs were how I felt intraday, whether it was a trade going my way or against me. The “drama” was neutralized. I was able to follow my plan, instead of my plan following my feelings. Furthermore, my EMDR work is being reinforced with my participation in STP.
We’ll see where it takes me, but I can say with absolute certainty I am trading differently. All my relationships have benefited. I can’t believe how much ground we covered in a few sessions. I would recommend both the STP server and EMDR whole heartedly.

Joining Sound Trading Psychology has made a huge difference in my options trading. Before then I focused purely on technical analysis and never paid much attention to how my psychology effected my trades. Thanks to STP I am not only more consistent, but also more relaxed while in a trade. I recommend STP to any new or seasoned trader that is looking to improve their trading skills.

Before joining Sound Trading Psychology, I was very focused on finding that perfect "winning strategy" to become a profitable trader. I thought achieving success was 100% about my knowledge of the market, the “how to’s” of trading. After working with Sean for a few weeks, I quickly learned that my emotions were actually in control of my trades. Revenge trading, chasing, and FOMO were my main drivers, and it was not a winning strategy. I had been trading stressed for months and was ready to just quit. After learning some valuable tools, I have been able to relax and enjoy trading as well as become consistently profitable!

I had been told so many times, "figure out the kind of trader you are". I never really knew what that meant or how to figure that out. Then I joined Sound Trading Psychology and answered that question. Now I trade with less stress and more confidence.

Before joining Sound Trading Psychology I was trading aimlessly. Since joining STP I understand my reasons for trading better and how those relate to my real-life issues. By understanding the psychology of my trading, I have gained effective tools to filter out the noise and the temptation to trade blindly while focusing on what works for my style. This has increased the return on my capital while reducing stress!
